I think that this book is a must have for anyone who has MPD. It is written by and for people with MPD and offers a lot of hope and help. There is art, poetry, and helpful hints by multiples about a wide range of things including therapy, living with others, dealing with inside alters and how and when to seek help. It has come to be known as the MPD bible by many people and this is one book that should be owned by anyone who has MPD or is a support for anyone with MPD. The understanding, and acceptence is amazing in this book.
